A local council is looking for an experienced cleaner to join the Outdoor Adventure Team in Coniston. You will maintain high cleaning standards at residential centres, supervise a small team, and assist in kitchen duties. This role offers the chance to live on-site and engage in outdoor activities. Flexible working patterns and a supportive team environment are part of the offer. Ideal candidates will have hospitality cleaning experience and strong coordination skills.

Salary: Grade 5, £26,824 - £29,540 per annum. £13.90 - £15.31 per hour

The Outdoor Adventure Team are looking to appoint an experienced cleaner to the residential team in Low bank ground.
You will be responsible for ensuring the day-to-day cleaning of Low bank ground and Hinning house (when opened) residential centres is completed and up to a high standard. You will ensure that all change over cleans are completed prior to the next groups arrival, most change over days are Friday’s and Mondays. You will supervise and line manage Lakes Hospitality and Catering Operations Assistant roles
You will assist in the kitchen with preparation and serving of meals, training will be provided. You will support the site team with site duties required where necessary, this could be any of the team. There’s the option to live on site if required and opportunity to try the outdoor activities on offer.

Low Bank Ground consists of four main buildings, a boathouse and lakeside campon the shores of Coniston Water, and acres of glorious Cumbrian countryside.
