Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist with preparing and banding construction mats and other products for transport.
• Load pallets and large construction mats onto trucks and trailers using skid steers and loaders.
• Clean returned ground mats using pressure-washing equipment.
• Load, unload, organize, and prepare materials and equipment.
• Operate basic hand and power tools.
• Help maintain an organized and efficient yard.
• Keep the yard clean and safe.
• Assist with other tasks as required.

We are a leading Canadian supplier of construction matting, providing ground protection solutions to customers across the country. We are looking for a reliable, hardworking individual to join our team at our Rivers, Manitoba yard.

About the Position

This is a hands-on position with a variety of responsibilities, including preparing and organizing construction mats, loading and unloading materials, operating equipment, cleaning returned mats, and maintaining the yard.

We are looking for someone who takes pride in their work, has a strong work ethic, and is comfortable working both independently and as part of a team. The ideal candidate is willing to learn, follows instructions well, and is comfortable working outdoors in a variety of weather conditions.

Both full-time and part-time opportunities are available, and scheduling can be flexible for the right candidate.

Experience operating skid steers or loaders is an asset, but we are willing to provide on-the-job training to the right person.

The position is based out of our yard in Rivers, Manitoba. A gas allowance is available.

What You'll Do
