You’ll work on a variety of residential and commercial projects, installing surface protection, performing detailed repairs, and helping keep projects safe, efficient, and built to the highest standards.

Essential Responsibilities
  • Install protective coverings on floors, countertops, cabinetry, bathroom protection, and other surfaces
  • Use materials such as Ram Board, poly sheeting, foam wrap, and tape to ensure surfaces are shielded from dust, debris, and impact
  • Inspect protected areas regularly and adjust or replace coverings as needed.
  • Collaborate with Cart Crew Leads, site staff and trades to ensure protection measures are maintained throughout the project lifecycle
  • Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment for the crew, public, and client
  • Follow and enforce safety protocols and site regulations
Qualifications
  • 1 - 3+ years of experience in residential or commercial restoration or renovation projects
  • Strong customer service and communication skills
  • Excellent time management and organizational abilities
  • Technically adept with strong problem-solving and learning skills
Working Conditions
  • Able to meet the physical requirements of the position which involves sitting, standing, bending, lifting (up to 25 pounds), in confined spaces and in various weather conditions (rain, snow, heat etc.)
  • Intermediate First Aid and Transportation Endorsement, WHIMS, and Fall protection certification (completed or willingness to obtain)
  • Occasional travel required to site and/or other office locations
  • Successful completion of pre-employment drug & alcohol requirements

Compensation: $24.45 - $31.83 per hour. This is the applicable wage range for this position. Individuals will be assigned a base wage within this range based on trade certification and/or apprenticeship level, industry experience, and work location.

Remote, site-based positions may be eligible for additional incentives including but not limited to travel and accommodation allowances.
