Job summary

All Equip is seeking a hands-on Labourer in St. Marys, ON to help assemble trailers from components and follow detailed drawings. You will install components, run wiring, fit parts, and work with experienced fabricators to ensure quality builds.

This full-time, on-site role runs Monday to Friday, 7 AM–4 PM with overtime available. A valid Canadian work permit and reliability are required, with benefits including health and RRSP contributions.

• Follow production priorities and complete tasks on schedule.
• Maintain a clean, organized work area and PPE compliance.
• Communicate status and issues clearly with leads and team.

The Opportunity:

If you’re mechanically inclined, comfortable working with tools, and enjoy building equipment that’s used across Canada’s agricultural sector, this role is a solid fit. At All‑Equip/Platinum Trailers, Labourers play a key part in bringing our trailers to life — installing components, running wiring, fitting parts, and working hands‑on with the team to complete full trailer builds. You’ll work both independently and alongside experienced fabricators, contributing directly to the quality and reliability our customers expect.

Work Arrangement:

Full‑Time, Fully On‑site, Monday to Friday, 7AM-4PM.

Compensation:

This is a hourly position paying $20-$26/hr depending on experience, plus a comprehensive benefits package including Extended Health Care, Dental, and RRSP contributions. Overtime is available for those who want it.

The Role:

• As an Labourer, you’ll work hands‑on installing components, running wiring, fitting parts, and helping complete full trailer builds.
• You’ll follow drawings, work with hand tools, and collaborate with other team members to ensure each trailer meets our quality standards.
• You’ll also support general shop tasks and contribute to keeping production moving smoothly.
• In a typical week, you’ll assemble parts, install components, run wiring according to drawings, work both independently and with teammates, and help build Platinum Trailers from the ground up.
