Olymel is hiring a Food Processing Labourer to support our plant operations. You will transport, weigh, inspect and package products, and rotate through processing, packaging, cutting and sanitation areas.

You’ll work in a refrigerated environment (~-4°C) with raw meat, and no prior experience is required as on-the-job training is provided. The role offers competitive pay and benefits within a collaborative, family-like culture.

The Role, Your Impact

As a Food Processing Labourer, you play an essential role in the smooth operation of our plant. Every day, your work contributes directly to the quality, safety, and efficiency of our production process.

More Specifically, You Will

• Transport, weigh, inspect, and package products.
• Work in various departments throughout the plant, including processing, packaging, cutting, and sanitation.
• Perform other related duties required to support daily operations.
• Follow quality, hygiene, and food safety standards at all times.

Schedule

• Day (7h00-15h30) and evening (15h30-00:00) shifts available.

Starting Wage

• Labourer: $19.67/hour
• Evening shift premium: $2.00/hour

Salary Increase

• Wage increase following the successful completion of the probationary period.
