The Department of Psychological & Brain Sciences offers research-based BSc programs that focus on various aspects of behavior in humans and animals. Our mission is realized through the dedication and excellence of our engaged faculty and staff. Our administrative team works collaboratively to support the diverse needs of faculty, sessional instructors, course instructors, teaching assistants, and students.
Under the general direction of the Associate Professor, the Laboratory Technician plays a key role in supporting research activities by playing an active role in all experimental procedures, including behavioral testing, colony maintenance, genotyping, updating records, and data analysis.
The incumbent is responsible for supporting students by providing training and guidance, equipment orientation and maintenance, and general laboratory organization. The role also involves working with biology core facilities staff.

Working hours are: Monday - Friday, 8:45am-5:00pm onsite
