Job summary

Countybank is seeking a part-time customer service representative to handle primary customer contact with professionalism and confidentiality. You will respond to inquiries within legal limits, manage follow-ups by phone, and keep merchandise displays well-stocked.

Responsibilities

• Be the primary contact with customers, maintaining confidentiality and professionalism.
• Respond to customer requests within the legal limits of the position and protect disclosed information.
• Conduct follow-up phone calls to customers as needed.
• Restock merchandise displays to ensure products are available and well-presented.
