Full Time Permanent | Monday to Friday | 8:30am – 4:30pm • $27.00‑$30.00 hr.

Responsibilities
  • Manage patient intake, medical testing, and clinic operations.
  • Conduct health screenings: pulmonary function, audiograms, vision tests, drug & alcohol testing.
  • Support physician medicals and coordinate appointments.
  • Maintain patient records and lab results.
  • Perform laboratory procedures: drawing blood, EKGs, urinalysis, and patient preparation.
Note

Audio Certification required for audiograms. WMC provides training and professional development.

Qualifications
  • Independent thinker capable of working autonomously.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Excellent communication (verbal and written).
  • Multitasking ability with superior time management in fast‑paced environments.
  • Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Current CPR certification.

Preferred: Medical lab technician or medical office administrator experience; post‑secondary education in medical administration or related field.
