A leading medical laboratory provider in Ontario is seeking a part-time Lab Patient Technician. In this role, you will be responsible for specimen collection, performing phlebotomies, and ensuring patient care. Ideal candidates should have excellent communication skills and a graduate of an approved Laboratory Assistant program. As a Lab Patient Technician, you will be responsible for the specimen collection process, from greeting patients through to preparation of specimens for transportation. This is an important role in patient care and our business and will let you see the difference that you make in patients’ lives.
Status: Part Time Float
Schedule: Monday to Friday 7:00 AM - 5:30 PM
Additional requirements: Can be scheduled at any of the 3 Thunder Bay locations: 1040 Oliver Rd, 1265 Arthur St, 194 Court St. Must be available for last minute call ins
