A leading diagnostics laboratory is seeking a Lab Patient Technician to join their team in Thunder Bay, ON. This part-time role includes responsibilities such as performing phlebotomies, managing client relationships, and data entry. The ideal candidate will have a background in laboratory assistance, strong communication skills, and the ability to maintain patient confidentiality. The compensation range is $24.02 - $28.05 per hour, with additional wellness benefits.

LifeLabs is currently looking for a Lab Patient Technician to join our team in Thunder Bay, ON. This is a part-time role working up to 20 hours per week, suitable for an individual with a flexible schedule and includes the opportunity to pick up additional shifts at other LifeLabs locations.
Hours of operation: Thunder Bay PSCs are M-F 7:30am-5:00pm. Employees can be scheduled at any of the 3 locations; shifts range 4-8 hours in length. Expectation is to cover last minute sick calls and potentially be scheduled for vacation coverage.
The right person for this role will be focused on great customer/patient service and be able to relate to patients and clients even in stressful situations. Key qualities include empathy, flexibility, adaptability to change, and problem-solving skills.

Hiring Range: 24.02 - 28.05 per hour. The final salary recommendation will be determined based on experience, education, market conditions, and internal equity.
