S.I. Systems Ltd. in Hamilton, ON, seeks an L2 Analyst (4+ years) to lead IT infrastructure projects using Microsoft Azure, Microsoft 365, and enterprise network environments. The role is a 3- to 4-month contract with EST working hours.

You will design and implement secure Azure/M365 solutions, manage multi-site LAN/WAN environments, and provide hands-on support across on-premises and cloud platforms in a fast-paced shared services context.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in corporate IT or managed IT services environments.
• 3+ years administering multi-site LAN/WAN network environments.
• 3+ years architecting and maintaining secure Microsoft Azure environments.
• Advanced administration of Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Exchange, Active Directory, and Group Policy.

Responsabilités

• Lead complex IT infrastructure projects including planning, execution, and post-implementation support.
• Design and improve high-availability IT environments across on-premises and cloud platforms.
• Architect and deploy Microsoft cloud solutions including Azure AD, Microsoft 365, Exchange, SharePoint, and Teams.
• Support infrastructure upgrades, migrations, and system enhancements.
• Provide escalation support for complex technical issues across infrastructure environments.
• Develop project documentation including implementation plans, scopes, and technical standards.
• Maintain system monitoring, performance benchmarks, and proactive alerting processes.

Our client in the investment and shared services sector is seeking a L2Analyst(4+ years) to lead IT infrastructure projects using Microsoft Azure, Microsoft 365, and enterprise network environments

Join a centralized IT team supporting a growing portfolio of businesses across North America within a fast-paced shared-services environment. This role supports complex infrastructure initiatives, cloud environments, escalations, and operational improvements across multi-site operations. The position includes hands-on involvement with Microsoft cloud platforms, enterprise security, network infrastructure, and infrastructure modernization projects.

3-4 month Contract, Hamilton, ON, Working Hours: EST

Must Haves

• 4+ years in corporate IT or managed IT services environments


• 3+ years administering multi-site LAN/WAN network environments


• 3+ years architecting and maintaining secure Microsoft Azure environments


• Advanced administration of Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Exchange, Active Directory, and Group Policy

Nice to Have

• Experience with D365 Business Central and/or D365 Sales


• Experience with Datto RMM, Autotask PSA, or equivalent platforms


• Experience with Check Point, Meraki, Fortinet, or WatchGuard firewalls


• Experience developing Power BI reports and dashboards


• Moderate expertise in MS SQL Server management and query writing
