Job summary

A luxury hotel chain located in Canada is seeking a dynamic Learning and Development professional to facilitate employee training and development programs. The ideal candidate will possess at least 2 years of leadership experience in hospitality or education. Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a leadership role within the hospitality industry, or a similar role in education or training facilitation.
  • Proven track record in needs assessment and facilitation of training programs.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of required Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement Learning and Development strategies aligned with business objectives.
  • Facilitate onboarding for new employees and iterate the program as required.
  • Design and deliver engaging training sessions on various topics.
