Job summary

Mercor is seeking expert Evaluators in Training / onboarding / L&D to review AI-generated artifacts for accuracy, rigor, and domain quality. This is a remote, hourly engagement requiring deep subject-matter expertise to grade outputs.

You will evaluate artifacts against quality rubrics, identify factual and presentation errors, and provide structured feedback to improve deliverables.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of relevant professional experience in Training / onboarding / L&D.
• Native or professional fluency in English.
• Highly proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace, especially Slides (Google Slides / PowerPoint).
