Job summary

Clearsulting is a global consulting company focused on digital finance and treasury solutions. As a Senior Analyst, Treasury, you will drive system implementations, lead configurations, and train clients on technical solutions while building stakeholder relationships.

We value strong project management, excellent communication, and the ability to manage multiple priorities. Toronto-based team members may have 2–4 in-person days per month, with hybrid or remote options and up to 10% travel.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in professional services in a delivery role.
• 1+ years of Kyriba or TMS implementation experience; CTP is a plus.
• Strong project management experience including workplan creation and updates, milestone tracking, risk management, status updates, change management, engagement economics, and communications.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; can clearly convey complex business concepts to project stakeholders.
• Effective organizational skills and ability to manage multiple and competing priorities.

Responsibilities

• Assist in driving full system implementation: gather requirements, design solution, build interfaces, and deploy.
• Lead configurations, train clients, ensure quality of delivery and all deliverables.
• Build relationships with stakeholders, address escalations, and identify additional Treasury opportunities within Treasury and/or Clearsulting.

Role:

Senior Analyst, Treasury

Location:

• Clearsulting is headquartered in Cleveland, OH, with additional offices located in Chicago, IL; Columbus, OH; and Dallas, TX. Other cities are welcome remotely.
• Office Options: Hybrid or Remote. For team members residing in Toronto, we expect 2-4 days of in-person work per month, allowing flexibility choosing these days to accommodate client meetings, team syncs and individual schedules. For all other cities, we welcome remote work.
• Travel Expectations: Up to 10%

What you'll do

• Assist in driving full scope of system implementation activities, including gathering functional and technical requirements, designing solution, building interfaces and systems, completing testing cycles, delivering training, and deploying the final product
• Lead configurations, train clients on technical solutions, and ensure quality of delivery and all deliverables, including process documentation and UAT scripts
• Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders, addressing escalations autonomously and identifying additional opportunities within Treasury and/or Clearsulting

What You'll Bring:

• 3+ years in professional services in a delivery role
• 1+ years of Kyriba or TMS implementation experience; CTP is a plus
• Strong project management experience including workplan creation and updates, milestone tracking, risk management, status updates, change management, engagement economics (profitability), and communications
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; can clearly convey complex business concepts to project stakeholders
• Effective organizational skills and ability to manage multiple and competing priorities

The compensation range for this position is $95,000 - $129,000 CAD. We are committed to ensuring our offers reflect the value each candidate brings to the role. Final salary placement will be based on upon several factors, including, level of expertise, relevant work experience, technology certifications, educational background, geography and alignment with industry standards. This role is eligible for our bonus program.
