Job summary

A Korean restaurant in Vaughan is seeking a skilled Kitchen Manager to coordinate special events, supervise the kitchen staff, and manage kitchen operations. Qualifications

  • 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in a kitchen environment.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and stand for extended periods.
  • Experience with Korean cuisine is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Co-ordinate special events and organize buffets.
  • Determine the size of food portions and costs.
  • Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes.
  • Inspect kitchens and food service areas.
  • Supervise kitchen staff and manage kitchen operations.
