Job summary

Splitsville Entertainment in Ottawa is seeking a Kitchen Team Leader to lead the kitchen on shift, ensure recipes and standards, and uphold food safety. You will guide the team, monitor stock, and keep service moving in a fast-paced environment.

You’ll contribute to memorable guest experiences through high-energy leadership, collaboration with front-of-house, and ongoing training through our in-house programs. If you thrive in a lively setting, join us and help guests have fun while dining.

The What...

As our Kitchen Team Leader you’ll lead the kitchen team on shift and be responsible for ensuring the food is cooked perfectly to spec every time. Kitchen standards and safety will also be top priority to you whilst making sure the stock levels and stock rotation are correct at all times. It’s fast paced and fun, to succeed with us you’ll have to love this type of environment.
