Job summary

Boston Pizza is seeking a Kitchen Supervisor to lead daily kitchen operations, train staff, and uphold our brand standards. You will help deliver outstanding guest experiences through efficient service, quality control, and a collaborative team environment.

The role requires strong leadership, the ability to coach team members, and a commitment to safe, high‑quality food preparation. Afternoon and evening shifts are required in a fast-paced casual dining setting.

Qualifications

• Prior supervisory or leadership experience in a kitchen is preferred.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills with a team focus.
• Ability to work afternoons and evenings.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily kitchen operations to ensure smooth service and product quality.
• Train and develop kitchen staff, monitor performance, and provide coaching.
• Enforce Boston Pizza brand standards, food safety, and consistent procedures.

Kitchen Supervisor
