Seacastle Enterprises Inc DBA Burger King in Nanaimo, BC is seeking a Kitchen Helper for a full-time position at 1150 Terminal Avenue N. Duties include washing vegetables and fruit, cleaning tables and appliances, taking out trash, unpacking supplies, and assisting cooks and kitchen staff.

The role pays $18.25 per hour for 40 hours per week. On-the-job training is provided and some secondary school education is an asset. Part-time applicants are encouraged to apply as well.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Wash and peel vegetables and fruit
• Wash work tables, cupboards and appliances
• Remove trash and clean kitchen garbage containers
• Unpack and store supplies in refrigerators, cupboards and other storage areas
• Sweep and mop floors, and perform other duties to assist cook and kitchen staff.
