Job Description: Kitchen Manager at Boston Pizza

The Kitchen Manager at Canada's leading casual dining restaurant, Boston Pizza, oversees the daily kitchen operations, including managing, scheduling, training, and controlling food and labour costs. They lead the team during operations, focusing on serving perfect food every time, with a sense of purpose and urgency.

Additionally, they oversee inventory management, ordering food and supplies, and the receiving and preparation of all foodstuffs according to BP policies and practices. The Kitchen Manager ensures that our most important people, our Guests and team members, have an excellent Boston Pizza experience from start to finish. They demonstrate outstanding leadership, champion a fun and safe work environment, and contribute to a thriving workplace culture.
