Job summary

Imperial China Restaurant in Lethbridge, AB seeks a kitchen helper to assist with dishwashing, food prep and general kitchen duties. No prior experience required; training will be provided for a fast-paced environment. Candidates must be able to lift heavy loads and work under pressure.

• Handle and store cleaning products.
• Receive, unpack and store supplies in refrigerators, freezers, cupboards and other storage areas.
• Remove kitchen garbage and trash.
• Sharpen kitchen knives.
• Sweep, mop, wash and polish floors.
• Wash, peel and cut vegetables and fruit.
