Job summary

The Home Depot Canada is seeking enthusiastic Sales Associates to deliver fast, friendly service by actively engaging customers, assessing their needs, and guiding them to the right solutions across Lumber, Paint, Hardware, Electrical, Plumbing, Seasonal, and Tool Rental departments.

As a Sales Associate you will work with supervisors and other associates to maintain knowledge of products, serve customers efficiently, and help keep aisles stocked and clean.

Qualifications

• Open-ended questions to determine customer needs and level of expertise.
• Multitasking ability.
• Describe features and benefits of merchandise.
• Explain steps to complete projects and the products needed.
• Maintain the in-stock condition of assigned areas, and ensure that it is clean and safe.
