Job summary

Starlink Aviation is seeking a polished Captain to lead international charter and corporate flights from Canada. You will coordinate complex flight operations, manage crews and ground support, and serve as the primary liaison with owner-clients to ensure safety and on-time performance.

The role requires a Canadian ATPL with Instrument Rating, Cat 1 medical, and RAIC eligibility, along with strong leadership and bilingual communication skills for global operations.

Qualifications

The Opportunity

Reporting to the Vice President of Operations, you will plan, execute, and oversee international charter and corporate flights, coordinating closely with Starlink's operations team. You'll represent the operator to the owner-client, ensuring every flight objective is achieved safely, smoothly, and with complete peace of mind for all stakeholders.

What You'll Do

• Plan and conduct international missions on the King Air 350 in charter and corporate roles.
• Coordinate flight logistics, crew, and ground support to meet schedule, service, and safety objectives.
• Act as the primary liaison between the owner-client and Starlink Aviation, aligning expectations and outcomes.
• Ensure regulatory compliance, high-quality documentation, and precise communication across jurisdictions.
• Champion a proactive, safety-first culture in all aspects of flight operations.

What You Bring

• Right to work: Canadian citizen or permanent resident.
• Medical: Transport Canada Category 1 medical certificate.
• Clearance: Eligibility for a RAIC (CIZR).
• Languages: Bilingual French and English for clear ATC/ground communications and international documentation.
• Licensing: Canadian ATPL with valid Instrument Rating (License required: ATPL_ICAO).
• Experience: Minimum 1,500 total flight hours with turboprop time.
• Professional strengths: Excellent interpersonal skills, leadership, resourcefulness, flexibility, and a demonstrated, safety-focused track record.
