Qualifications

• Graduate of a University Kinesiology program.
• 1+ years of outpatient client experience is preferred; new grads welcomed.
• Excellent interpersonal and collaborative skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform biomechanical, fitness, and functional assessments with clinicians and case managers.
• Design and supervise graded exercise, work conditioning/hardening programs.
• Biweekly reassessments of client progress through functional testing.
• Collaborate with clients to set and achieve functional goals.
• Provide regular client education.
• Collaborate with the inter-professional clinic team.
