The ideal candidate will have Waldorf Early Childhood teacher training (completed or in progress), a Bachelor of Education with BC certification or eligibility, and experience working with early years children (preschool/kindergarten). They will bring warmth, care, and confidence in guiding mixed‑age groups, strong communication and interpersonal skills, and positive guidance and classroom management practices rooted in respect and connection. The successful candidate will also demonstrate the ability to foster an inclusive, nurturing environment in which all children feel safe and welcome.
