Job Description

• The Kinaxis RapidResponse Technical Lead will be responsible for driving the design, integration, and technical implementation of Kinaxis RapidResponse solutions.
• This role requires a hands‑on leader with deep expertise in data modeling, automation, and ERP integrations, ensuring scalable and high‑performance supply‑chain solutions across enterprise systems.

Requirement / Must Have

• 5–8 years of experience in Kinaxis RapidResponse, including 3+ years in a technical leadership role
• Expertise in data modeling, data loads, and custom table design within Kinaxis
• Proficiency in scripting and automation capabilities of RapidResponse
• Strong understanding of integration and middleware technologies (e.g., Boomi, MuleSoft, Informatica, REST APIs)
• Proven experience integrating Kinaxis with SAP ECC, SAP S/4HANA, Oracle, or other ERP systems
• Strong troubleshooting, debugging, and performance tuning skills
• Experience with source control, version management, and DevOps practices
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, especially in distributed team environments

Should Have (Preferred Qualifications)

• Kinaxis Technical Certifications (e.g., RapidResponse Author, Administrator)
• Exposure to cloud environments such as AWS or Azure, and API gateway management
• Familiarity with CI/CD tools, Agile development, and infrastructure‑as‑code concepts
• Previous experience in technical pre‑sales or solution architecture roles
