Job summary

Eurofins CDMO Alphora in Ontario is seeking a Process Technician (Kilo lab) to support the manufacture of Active Pharmaceutical Ingredients in a cGMP facility. You will execute production batches and work with Environmental Health and Safety, Quality Assurance and Quality Control to ensure compliance and batch integrity.

The role requires a college diploma or degree, 2–5 years in chemical manufacturing with cGMP experience, and the ability to work across multiple disciplines.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of a College Diploma or Degree.
  • Experience with high potency APIs and isolators is preferred.
  • 2–5 years in chemical manufacturing with cGMP exposure.
  • Experience with small-scale glassware and purification units is desirable.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

  • Execute chemical processing operations following batch records.
  • Comply with EHS, SOPs, and GMP practices.
  • Accurate batch sheet entries and second-person verification as required.
  • Collaborate across departments to complete tasks on time.
  • Set up and inerting of process equipment; manage unit operations like filtrations and distillations.
  • Support continuous improvement and exception management.
