Job summary

KidStrong is seeking part-time coaches in Calgary, AB who can lead classes for ages 15 months to 11 years, guide parents on our curriculum, and create a fun, safe learning environment.

The role requires CPR certification, a coaching background, and the ability to work weekday evenings and weekend shifts, with uniforms provided and opportunities for training and growth.

Qualifications

• Experience coaching students within the appropriate KidStrong age range.
• Experience talking to and educating parents on curriculum.
• Knowledge of physiology, exercise technique, and body mechanics.
• CPR certification required.

Responsibilities

• Coach classes for ages 15 months to 11 years.
• Engage with parents and communicate curriculum.

OPEN ROLE

• We are looking for coaches with an athletic or coaching background who ideally have experience coaching kids ages 15mo-11 years old or pediatric OT/PT experience.
• Our classes run on weekdays 4 - 745 pm
• On weekends we run from 8-1 and 1-5 pm

Job Qualifications

• Experience coaching students within the appropriate KidStrong age
• Experience talking to and educating parents on our curriculum
• Intermediate knowledge of physiology, exercise technique, and body mechanics
• CPR certified
• Positive, motivating, and effective interpersonal communication skills
• Self-starter that just gets a job done

Compensation: $18.00 - $24.00 per hour

KidStrong is a private child development training center focused on brain, physical & character development for ages walking through 11 years old. KidStrong offers a science-based curriculum that is parent-focused and taught by professionals.
