Qualifications

• Retail or similar industry experience preferred.
• Effective communication with customers and store personnel.
• Ability to operate register and perform standing and walking for multiple hours.
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs and maneuver around store areas.
• Flexible availability including days, evenings, weekends and possible travel.
• Ability to build and maintain positive working relationships.

Responsibilities

• Drive daily, weekly and monthly sales goals through customer focused selling.
• Support and execute company and store initiatives.
• Participate in team training to achieve business results.
• Use More Ways to Shop tools and new technology to support sales.
• Represent and deliver a consistent in-store brand experience.
• Engage in networking to build and maintain a clientele.
• Provide feedback to management on successes and category opportunities.
• Maintain sales floor and store standards at all times.
