Fossil Group is seeking enthusiastic Third Key Holders to observe and coach store teams, delivering an exceptional experience and helping achieve sales goals. You will align daily activity with business needs and foster a collaborative, high-energy work environment.

Ideal candidates bring 1-2 years of fashion retail experience, a passion for customer service, professionalism, and strong communication skills.
