Position: Keyholder

As a Keyholder, you'll support the store management team by performing daily store opening and closing operations and providing an exceptional shopping experience for our customers.

What You'll Do:

  • Work with management to ensure store meets company objectives and KPI goals.
  • Set an example through selling skills and customer service to foster positive customer connections and loyalty.
  • Assist in implementing merchandise strategies and maintaining a clean, inviting store environment.
  • Handle register functions, using sales and product knowledge to drive add-on sales.
  • Act as Manager on Duty in the absence of Store Management.
  • Work a flexible schedule, including holidays, nights, and weekends.

What You'll Need:

  • Previous retail management experience, preferably in apparel, with proven leadership and sales success.
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment and focus on customer experience.
  • Flexibility and adaptability to changing environments and schedules.
  • Fashion awareness and knowledge of current trends.

Physical Requirements:

  • Stand and walk during scheduled shifts.
  • Pack/unpack shipments, move store fixtures, and lift packages up to 50 lbs.
  • Reach for merchandise using ladders, step stools, or poles.
