La Vie en Rose is looking for a motivated sales associate to join our Canada-wide team in a permanent, full-time role. You’ll help customers in lingerie, sleepwear and swimwear, provide top-notch service and contribute to a dynamic store environment.

Qualifications

• Previous sales experience is required or strongly preferred.
• Ability to provide excellent customer service and listen to needs.
• Proactive and conscientious approach to tasks.
• Willingness to work holidays and longer hours during peak periods.
• bilingualism is considered an asset.
• Interest in fashion, lingerie, sleepwear or swimwear preferred.
• Ability to learn product features and explain them to customers.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers warmly and assist them in finding products.
• Explain product quality, materials and features, and suggest alternatives.
• Be available in fitting rooms to assist customers.
• Aim to meet or exceed personal sales goals with training support.
• Manage sales floor when managers are away.
• Display products to create a memorable shopping experience.
• Maintain store cleanliness and backstore organization.
• Spot new products and share recommendations with customers.
• Escort customers to checkout and process transactions.
• Follow head office policies and procedures and ask for guidance when needed.
• Perform other duties to support the team.
