Boutique La Vie en Rose is hiring for a permanent, part-time sales role in Canada. You will advise customers to maximize sales, maintain a welcoming environment, and manage checkout and merchandising tasks. The role requires a customer-first attitude and openness to holidays and longer hours during busy periods.

Responsibilities

• Advise customers to maximize sales potential and open/close the store.
• Provide warm welcome, explain products, and suggest alternatives.
• Be available in fitting rooms and assist customers.
• Meet and exceed personal sales goals with training support.
• Manage the sales floor when managers are absent.
• Stage products for memorable shopping experiences.
• Ensure store and backstore cleanliness and order.
• Spot new products and share top picks with customers.

Under the supervision of the store management team, you will be responsible for advising customers to maximize sales potential as well as opening and closing the store. To perform your job well, you will need to:

• Provide customers with a warm welcome;
• Help them find everything they’re looking for—answer their questions, explain the products (quality, materials, technical features) and suggest other products they might like;
• Make yourself available when customers are in the fitting room;
• Meet and exceed your personal sales goals (our training will help you get there!);
• Manage the sales floor when your managers aren’t there;
• Prepare, identify and place products on the sales floor to provide a memorable shopping experience;
• Ensure everything is clean and tidy in the store and backstore;
• Be on the lookout for new products so you can share your top picks with your customers;
• Accompany customers to the cash register and process their transactions;
• Respect and apply the policies and procedures of the various head office departments (don’t worry, we’ll explain everything to you!);
• Perform other duties where needed to support the team.

PERMANENT, PART TIME

HOURLY SALARY : 18,32$ - 18,75$
