La Vie en Rose is hiring a full-time sales associate in Ottawa. You will greet customers, explain products, and help them find lingerie, sleepwear and swimwear to celebrate feel-good femininity.

We are a proudly local company with over 5,000 employees and 300 stores across Canada; the brand is present in 19 countries. The role offers 20.22–24.00 CAD hourly, flexible hours, and advancement opportunities.

Qualifications

• You have previous sales experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide customers with a warm welcome and assist with product selection.

Responsibilities

Under the supervision of the store management team, you will be responsible for advising customers to maximize sales potential as well as opening and closing the store. To perform your job well, you will need to:

• Provide customers with a warm welcome;


• Help them find everything they’re looking for—answer their questions, explain the products (quality, materials, technical features) and suggest other products they might like;


• Make yourself available when customers are in the fitting room;


• Meet and exceed your personal sales goals (our training will help you get there!);


• Manage the sales floor when your managers aren’t there;


• Prepare, identify and place products on the sales floor to provide a memorable shopping experience;


• Ensure everything is clean and tidy in the store and backstore;


• Be on the lookout for new products so you can share your top picks with your customers;


• Accompany customers to the cash register and process their transactions;


• Respect and apply the policies and procedures of the various head office departments (don’t worry, we’ll explain everything to you!);


• Perform other duties where needed to support the team.

Permanent, full time

HOURLY SALARY : 20,22 $ - 24,00 $
