La Vie en Rose is hiring for a permanent, full-time sales role in our Canada stores. You will advise customers, maximize sales, and create a welcoming shopping experience with attention to detail on products and service.

You’ll work to meet sales goals, support store operations, and participate in a dynamic team across a fast-paced environment. Bilingual ability is an asset and flexibility for holidays is expected.

Responsibilities

• Advising customers to maximize sales potential and opening/closing the store.
• Provide customers with a warm welcome and help them find products.
• Assist in fitting rooms and suggest other products.
• Meet and exceed personal sales goals and manage the sales floor when managers are away.
• Ensure the store and backstore are clean and organized.
• Share top product picks with customers and process transactions at the register.
• Follow head office policies and perform other duties as needed to support the team.

Under the supervision of the store management team, you will be responsible for advising customers to maximize sales potential as well as opening and closing the store. To perform your job well, you will need to:

• Provide customers with a warm welcome;
• Help them find everything they’re looking for—answer their questions, explain the products (quality, materials, technical features) and suggest other products they might like;
• Make yourself available when customers are in the fitting room;
• Meet and exceed your personal sales goals (our training will help you get there!);
• Manage the sales floor when your managers aren’t there;
• Prepare, identify and place products on the sales floor to provide a memorable shopping experience;
• Ensure everything is clean and tidy in the store and backstore;
• Be on the lookout for new products so you can share your top picks with your customers;
• Accompany customers to the cash register and process their transactions;
• Respect and apply the policies and procedures of the various head office departments (don’t worry, we’ll explain everything to you!);
• Perform other duties where needed to support the team.
