La Vie en Rose is hiring for a permanent, full-time role within a dynamic team. The company designs lingerie and swimwear for everyday living and operates over 300 stores across Canada and in 19 countries, employing more than 5000 people globally.

Qualifications

• Previous sales experience required.
• Love for lingerie, sleepwear and swimwear.
• Excellent listening and service orientation.
• Willing to work holidays and longer hours when busy.
• Functionally bilingual is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Provide customers with a warm welcome and assist them in finding products.
• Explain product features, materials and sizing and suggest alternatives.
• Assist customers in fitting rooms and at the cash register.
• Meet or exceed personal sales goals and keep the floor organized.
• Support team with store opening/closing and stock placement.

Under the supervision of the store management team, you will be responsible for advising customers to maximize sales potential as well as opening and closing the store. To perform your job well, you will need to:

• Provide customers with a warm welcome;
• Help them find everything they’re looking for—answer their questions, explain the products (quality, materials, technical features) and suggest other products they might like;
• Make yourself available when customers are in the fitting room;
• Meet and exceed your personal sales goals (our training will help you get there!);
• Manage the sales floor when your managers aren’t there;
• Prepare, identify and place products on the sales floor to provide a memorable shopping experience;
• Ensure everything is clean and tidy in the store and backstore;
• Be on the lookout for new products so you can share your top picks with your customers;
• Accompany customers to the cash register and process their transactions;
• Respect and apply the policies and procedures of the various head office departments (don’t worry, we’ll explain everything to you!);
• Perform other duties where needed to support the team.
