La Vie en Rose Inc. is hiring for a store associate at our Tanger Outlets Cookstown location in Ontario. The role focuses on welcoming customers, understanding their needs, and guiding them to the right lingerie, sleepwear, and swimwear selections.

You will provide product knowledge, assist with fittings, and help maintain an inviting store environment. The position offers flexible hours, opportunities for advancement, and a supportive team in a family-owned business committed to the community.

Qualifications

• Previous sales experience and a friendly, helpful demeanor.
• Ability to listen to customer needs and provide excellent service.
• Willingness to be flexible with hours, including busier periods.

Responsibilities

• Provide customers with a warm welcome and help them find products.
• Explain product features, materials and fit, and suggest additional items.
• Assist customers in fitting rooms and on the sales floor when needed.
• Meet and strive to exceed personal sales goals with training support.
• Maintain a clean, organized sales floor and backstore area.
• Assist at the cash register and process transactions.

• Provide customers with a warm welcome;
• Help them find everything they’re looking for—answer their questions, explain the products (quality, materials, technical features) and suggest other products they might like;
• Make yourself available when customers are in the fitting room;
• Meet and exceed your personal sales goals (our training will help you get there!);
• Manage the sales floor when your managers aren’t there;
• Prepare, identify and place products on the sales floor to provide a memorable shopping experience;
• Ensure everything is clean and tidy in the store and backstore;
• Be on the lookout for new products so you can share your top picks with your customers;
• Accompany customers to the cash register and process their transactions;
• Respect and apply the policies and procedures of the various head office departments (don't worry, we'll explain everything to you!);
• Perform other duties where needed to support the team.

HOURLY SALARY : 18,32$ - 18,75$
