Job summary

Lammle’s Western Wear is seeking a proactive Key Holder to help drive sales and deliver the Lammle’s Experience in our Calgary stores. You will lead by example, coach staff, and ensure outstanding customer service while meeting daily and weekly sales goals.

The role blends operations and people leadership—training, merchandising, inventory control, and supporting promotions. Full-time and part-time positions are available, with an emphasis on teamwork, reliability, and creating a welcoming

Responsibilities

• Making the company mission statement our driving force.
• Support all aspects of the day-to-day operations of the store in a manner consistent with Lammle’s culture, Performance Standards and Beliefs, while providing the Lammle’s Experience.
• Functioning as the coach, motivating source, and team leader for the store staff; liaison with the Customer Service Centre.
• Training and development of store staff.
• Create and maintain a positive team environment whose players are passionate about our Performance Culture.
• Supporting the implementation of company policies and procedures.
• All training standards, company programs as per direction.
• A strong focus on customer service and consistently maintaining customer service levels.
• Contribution to supporting inventory control, minimize Shortage & Adjustments, maintain accurate store inventory.
• Ensure that the store’s physical conditions are clean and well maintained (vacuum, dust, floor free of obstacles) and train staff accordingly.
• Identify when that equipment is operational and maintained (computers, vacuum cleaners, ladders, lights, audio-visual) and train staff accordingly.
• Lead on merchandise display and presentation consistent with Lammle’s image.
• Merchandise the store based on promotions or season and store profile as directed.
• Communicate and support company promotions.
• Complete markdowns and transfers accurately and in a timely manner.
• Use windows and store fronts effectively.
• Product knowledge training and coaching to all outfitters.
• Promoting and enhancing our company image.
• Support in allover strategy.
