Key Admissions Educational Consulting Inc. is seeking a full-time Administrative Assistant to join their team in Vancouver. Job Duties:
· Answer all incoming calls and forward telephone calls and messages to the appropriate person
· Respond to electronic inquiries
· Schedule and confirm appointments
· Arrange and co-ordinate seminars, conferences, and meeting
· Order office supplies and maintain inventory
· Establish office procedures and routines
· Type and proofread correspondence, forms and other documents
Job requirements:
· Experience: 1~2 years of related work experience is required
· Education: Completion of secondary school is required
