Generate additional revenue within assigned accounts and hunt for new clients when needed. Understand buyer needs, prepare proposals, and close sales confidently with strong commercial acumen. Strengthen customer relationships and improve retention through CRM and feedback insights. Track market demand, competitors, and emerging F&B industry trends to stay ahead. Lead and manage the sales team, including training, performance evaluation, and recruitment. Oversee departmental budgets and ensure effective resource allocation. Review and enhance sales processes to improve efficiency and results.

Job Requirements
  • Min. Nitec / Diploma holder.
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in the FMCG / Food Product industry.
  • Strong exposure to wholesale trade within HORECA (Hotels, Restaurants, Cafés)restaurant-focused experience is highly preferred.
  • Proven track record in managing and selling a wide range of SKUs (seafood, Japanese products, fresh produce, dry goods, etc.).
  • Familiar with CRM systems for customer management and sales tracking.
  • Updated understanding of F&B industry trends, market shifts, and buyer expectations.
  • Singaporean Only.
