What are we looking for?
The Key Account Manager contributes in reaching the growth objectives for the brand with Key Accounts and is responsible for building the joint business plan, defining & tracking the key business metrics to deliver overall business plan. The KAM is expected to drive relationships with both internal & external stakeholders to plan and execute the complete business operations supporting customer business.
Additionally, the incumbent would also be responsible for customer marketing for Emerging channel for Key Accounts (Omni Channel); this job demands lot of collaboration within & BAPO team.
