You will be responsible for driving growth, strengthening strategic partnerships, and advancing the company’s presence within Fertility Accounts across Ontario. This role requires a consultative, solutions-oriented sales approach combined with strong business acumen, entrepreneurial thinking, and a deep understanding of the specialty healthcare environment.
You will partner closely with Reproductive Endocrinologists (REIs), Key Account Nurses, Clinic Managers/Owners, Business Managers, Pharmacists, and allied staff to optimize the value proposition of our fertility portfolio. This individual will develop and execute strategic business plans, drive conversion initiatives, enhance customer experience, and support the adoption and use of our products across complex clinical and business ecosystems.
