Job Title:Key Account Manager

Pay Rate:$56.41 – $64.10 per hour (based experience) + 4% vacation pay

Hours:37.5 hours/week

Location:100% Remote

Kelly Services seeks a Key Account Manager to support our client in the dermatology and skincare industry, managing retail and eCommerce accounts. This 12‑month temporary contract offers a fully remote work opportunity while leading strategic initiatives for major retail partners.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive sales, profit, and trade investment performance for major accounts including London Drugs and Amazon.
  • Lead joint business planning to grow category share and strengthen retailer partnerships.
  • Identify opportunities in assortment, distribution, and merchandising to expand portfolio presence.
  • Develop and execute 4P strategies, promotional calendars, and pricing for both brick‑and‑mortar and eCommerce channels.
  • Build strong relationships with buying, merchandising, eCommerce, Marketing, and Category teams to influence decisions and drive growth.
  • Ensure seamless execution, operational excellence, and accurate forecasting, partnering with Supply Chain to minimize out-of-stocks.
  • Monitor POS performance, competitor activity, and market trends to guide agile commercial decisions.
  • Leverage data tools to generate insights, support sell‑ins, and inform strategic initiatives.
Qualifications
  • 2‑3 years Key Account Management experience, including managing Amazon or other retail eCommerce accounts.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Science, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical skills, including data analytics, with proven ability to drive insights and decisions.
  • Strong negotiation and relationship‑building skills.
  • Proven ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment and lead cross‑functional collaboration.
  • Intermediate Excel skills.
  • Experience working with AC Nielsen or IMS data.
  • Experience working with vendor Point of Sale data.
