Key Account & Logistics Specialist
Responsible for the following:
- Manage non-automotive accounts for C&O customers in North America, including arranging distribution of C&O products from Neo’s Warehouse in the GTO,
- Plan and track gallium and indium product shipments for Neo Performance Materials (ULC),
- Function as a backup/successor for the Sales & Procurement Manager - Gallium & Indium.
Duties & Responsibilities
1. Key Account Management – C&O North America
- Develop a deep understanding of C&O North American customer accounts as the initial onboarding priority.
- Manage day-to-day sales activities, including order coordination, customer communication, and distribution from the GTO warehouse.
- Execute activities aligned with Key Performance Indicators set by the Director of Sales for the C&O group.
- Prepare, consolidate, and submit monthly reporting packages related to C&O sales and Ga logistics activities, ensuring timely, accurate in coordination with internal stakeholders.
- Conduct regular customer visits to strengthen relationships, identify opportunities, and drive profitable growth with existing accounts.
- Support business development initiatives for incremental sales within assigned accounts.
2. Gallium & Indium Logistics Coordination
- After demonstrating proficiency with C&O account management, collaborate closely with the High Purity Production Supervisor and the Plant Accountant at NPM Peterborough to plan and track outbound shipments of gallium and indium products.
- Coordinate domestic and international transportation, ensuring compliance with documentation, scheduling, and customer requirements.
- Complete required training in transportation and handling of hazardous materials.
3. Backup / Successor Responsibilities – Sales & Procurement (Gallium & Indium)
- Work directly with the Sales & Procurement Manager to gain expertise in regulatory and reporting requirements for transporting gallium-bearing materials across international jurisdictions.
- Learn and support the processes for receiving, validating, and settling incoming raw material shipments related to the gallium and indium business.
- Build the commercial, logistical, and analytical skillsets necessary to serve as a capable successor in this functional area.

- Proven experience developing business proposals that articulate a clear value proposition to key decision makers.
- Self-directed, results-oriented professional with strong technical aptitude and consultative sales capability.
- Demonstrated ability to understand customer needs, qualify opportunities, and drive profitable sales growth.
- Strong communication skills across multiple stakeholder levels, both internally and externally.
- High proficiency with Microsoft Office and the ability to learn internal business and ERP systems.
- Exceptional problem-solving, organization, and multitasking abilities.
- Strong interpersonal skills to collaborate with customers, leaders, cross-functional teams, industry organizations, and government agencies.
- Ability to manage workload effectively in a dynamic, minimally supervised environment.
Qualifications
- Relevant experience in account management, logistics, commercial operations, or technical sales preferred.
- Experience in metals, industrial materials, or specialty chemicals sectors is an asset (optional—include if desired).
Physical & Work Environment Requirements
- Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
- May require domestic and international travel to customers, suppliers, and Neo facilities.
- Work may involve standing, walking, and occasional lifting of light materials or equipment.
