The EDL Group supplies surfacing materials used for interior design. Our clients are architects and interior designers. We are based in Singapore with offices in the region, with 200 employees worldwide. Joining us would mean that you are joining the leader of the industry. You will be part of energetic group of Key Account Executives, managing accounts with our discerning design partners.

The Key Account Executive should be a motivated individual, is great at communication and engagement - and is able to manage client relationships as well as drive demand.

As a Key Account Executive, you’ll take on a dynamic and engaging role—spending over 50% of your time out of the office, meeting clients and building strong, long-term relationships.

Typical Day Activities
  • Make Appointments & Arrange Sales Visits Schedule meetings and site visits with your clients to understand their needs and introduce relevant products.
  • Drive Business Relationships Build trust and rapport with key accounts by offering tailored solutions, staying in touch regularly, and ensuring a positive brand experience.
  • Support New Product Launches Act as a key point of contact during launches—introducing new products to clients, sharing technical knowledge, and managing sample requests.
  • Facilitate Strategic Rollouts Be the bridge between internal teams and customers, ensuring smooth implementation of marketing or sales campaigns across your accounts.
  • Plan Customised Promotions Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotions tailored to the specific goals and needs of each account.
  • Deliver After-Sales Service Provide prompt support post-sale, from technical clarification to feedback collection, reinforcing your reliability and client satisfaction.
  • Manage Account Payables Work closely with the finance team to track outstanding payments and follow up with clients when needed to ensure smooth account operations.
