Qualifications

• Must have 5+ years in the Heavy Equipment Industry focusing on parts and warehousing.
• Valid forklift operator certification preferred or willingness to obtain one.
• Parts Technician with Red Seal Certification is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Provide commercial and technical parts support to key accounts.
• Answer inquiries about stock balance, pricing, and customer complaints.
• Coordinate and lead customer engagement activities.

Skills

Excellent oral and written communication skills

Knowledge in the Mining and Construction industry

Self-motivated and organized

Ability to manage multiple priorities

Flexibility for 12-hour shifts

Education

High school diploma
