Job summary

Norda Stelo Inc. seeks a motivated Junior to Intermediate Structural Engineer to join our growing Vancouver team. You will contribute to design and analysis of structural systems and support field inspections on heavy industrial projects.

The role offers hands-on project exposure, collaboration with senior engineers, and opportunities for professional development toward licensure. A BC driver’s license and strong communication are valued.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Structural Engineering is required.
• P.Eng. with EGBC or eligibility is required.
• 0–5 years of relevant structural design experience (industrial or infrastructure sectors preferred).
• Experience with inspection and repair projects is an asset.
• Proficiency in structural modeling software (RISA, SAP2000, STAAD).
• Working knowledge of REVIT and other drafting tools.
• Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
• Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
• Valid BC driver’s license.

• Contribute to project planning, coordination, and quality assurance
