This positions the Client Success Team not just as a support function, but as a strategic driver of product evolution and client engagement.

  • Build a strong understanding of FX and interest rate products, the related financial markets, and market data sources.
  • Develop and maintain ETL processes (data ingestion, transformation, reporting, etc.) to enhance data availability and usability.
  • Drive improvements in Validus’ product offering, supporting innovation and platform development.
  • Simultaneously work on and deliver multiple projects.
  • Support stakeholder meetings by presenting analysis and gathering requirements.
  • Act as a feedback conduit for clients, ensuring their needs shape product evolution and feature prioritisation.
Qualifications
  • Strong academic background in a quantitative discipline (Mathematics, Physics, Financial Engineering, Computer Science, etc.).
  • Experience in Python or a similar language used in data analysis.
  • Keen interest in financial markets, with a focus on FX and interest rate products.
  • Exposure to risk modelling, pricing, or other financial analytics.
  • Ability to communicate complex ideas clearly, both in writing and verbally.
  • Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
Preferred Qualifications
  • MSc degree in a STEM field.
  • 1+ years of experience in a software development role.
  • Experience with financial risk management software or platforms.
