What you need to succeed:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer or Software Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience with AI‑assisted coding tools (Claude, Cursor, Cline, Windsurf) - or eagerness to learn them..
• Experience with agile project management tools (JIRA, Asana, Linear, or equivalent).
• Proficiency with Git and have a solid understanding of version control best practices.
