Mississauga, ON (in office)
Full-time, permanent
PRI is a multidisciplinary engineering and environmental consulting firm with offices across British Columbia, Alberta, Nova Scotia, and Ontario, growing toward 300 people. Rather than bend the business around off-the-shelf software, we build many of our own internal applications: business systems that run the firm, and technical tools that support our engineering and environmental practices. They run on our own Azure platform and integrate with our core enterprise systems.
We are hiring a Junior Software Developer, a recent graduate or early‑career developer, to join a small team under our Lead Full‑Stack Developer. You will learn by shipping: building features and fixes, writing tests, working with real users, and growing into owning whole applications. Some of what we build runs the business; some of it helps engineers and scientists do their technical work faster. The users are your colleagues down the hall, so feedback is immediate and you will see your work in use within weeks, not years. We expect you to use AI coding tools as a normal part of how you work, and to be honest about what you do not yet know. This is a role for someone who wants to learn fast with experienced developers close at hand.
PRI is an equal‑opportunity employer committed to building a diverse and inclusive team. We welcome applications from all qualified candidates, and we particularly encourage applications from Indigenous professionals.
