A leading residential company in Metro Vancouver is seeking a motivated Junior Sales/Coordinator to support their Sales team. This fast-paced role involves managing Presentation Centre operations, ensuring exceptional experiences for visitors, and performing administrative tasks. The ideal candidate should be organized, possess strong communication skills, and ideally have experience in multifamily residential sales. A valid BC Driver’s License is preferred. The salary ranges from $36,000 to $40,000 annually, plus commission.

• Previous multifamily residential sales or presales experience is an asset.
• Strong organization skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Self motivated with strong problem solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Greet & register guests.
• Ensure outstanding experience for every guest during their visit.
• Support the sales team by managing Presentation Centre operations.
